Booking procedure 5 of 5 Nur ganz kurze Wartezeit, da Fahrzeug gerade noch von außen gewaschen wurde. Aber in der Zeit wurde dann auch der Papierkram erledigt. Gute kurze Einweisung.
Condition of rental car 5 of 5 1a, da kein sehr altes Fahrzeug! Gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.
Telephone hotline 5 of 5 Bei kleinerem Schadensfall war die Mitarbeiterin sehr nett, hilfsbereit und konnte schnell weiterhelfen! Danke noch mal dafür. Aber auch bei Kontakt vorher wegen Terminverschiebung etc. muss ich sagen, wirklich tolle und hilfsbereite Beratung, sehr entgegenkommend.
